These items cannot be shipped or sold via internet or phone. What we are about
We love introducing folks to some of the wonderful local products made right here, and promoting these small businesses. We have found that when someone focuses on producing just one thing, they do it very well and with the highest standards of quality. We also love that the money we spend is staying right here and strengthening our local economy. We want these small producers to stay in business so we can continue to enjoy the high quality products they make.
We also love that we can do our little bit to help the environment. If we are going to wean ourselves from using disposable bags we all will need to have a set of reusable bags to shop with. We have found that one of our large tote bags holds approximately the same amount of groceries as 4 plastic bags. Use that bag just once a week that would save over 200 plastic bags. Those same bags that take 1000 years to break down in a land fill!
Gifts in the Bag uses 100% cotton canvas tote bags in lieu of gift baskets. Our tote bags are made in the USA by a company who is part of Coop America.
We are always on the lookout for potential new suppliers to create new tote themes, feel free to contact us and tell us about what you are making.
